Your only option is to contact LL customer support. Try to provide as much info as you can, the coordinates of the land, when you bought it, when you deleted yourself from the group etc.

I am sad to hear this happened to you. But don't expect to get the land back. You can try to get LL to give it back, but historically, if a group owns land when it is disbanded, Linden Lab conficates the group-owned land. No refunds.
You told them the group was no longer yours, and neither was its assets. They believed you, and did what they always do when a landlord is told the renter will no longer be liable for the rent. They change the locks and sell it to someone else.
For future reference, NEVER delete or disband a group or allow it to fall to less than two members while that group still owns land! Buy the land from the group, or sell the land to someone else, BEFORE you disband the group, or you will lose the group owned land.

Sorry, LL won't let me tell you where I sell my textures and where I offer my services as a sim builder. Ask me in-world.

There needs to be some sort of grace period following the disbanding of a group to allow for people who don't know to recoup their land/objects. Don'tcha think?

Or maybe flashing bold red warnings with siren sounds that let you know, you're leaving a group to which you have donated land and tier?
It seems to be too easy to leave or disband a group that has land deeded to it, this sort of problem comes up on the forum here on a regular basis.
