hi...gf is having trouble logging in, 1st message Its said something about not being able to copy her inventory to a new database, 2nd message It said its performing account matinence before it logs her out...any advice?

She'd need to get in contact with Linden Labs to get real help, because it sounds like there is a problem with the account. But before you do that, try some of this first, since they'll ask you if you did.

1) Check the video card drivers and see if they are up to date.
2) Clear cache by going to the login screen/preferences/network. Shut down the computer and then try logging in again.
3) Try logging into another sim. Go to the login screen/preferences/general and select the 'show start location in screen' and chose "Type region name" use Pooley.
4) Try logging another account onto that same computer or the account on another computer. If the other account suffers while on the same computer, then it's something with the computer. If the affected account is suffering on another computer, then it's the account. (Meaning, you'll need a Linden to fix it. Best bet is if you can get in world at all, IM one directly. Otherwise, call via phone.. don't leave a message, just keep calling until you get a human.)

This is the back end server issue that popped up on Tuesday. But it should have been corrected by now. I'd definitely contact the Providers.

Copy To Inventory Broken

Early this morning we discovered a broken query which causes a malfunction in the way inventory is supposed to work in world. The problem appears when copying inventory from one of our databases to another. You will know if you experience this bug as you’ll receive a message that states: “Unable to complete transform: Copy inventory to new database”.

The fix for this has already been written and we will be deploying it later this morning.

We’ll keep you updated as we know more.

Doesn't say any more than that, though. I'd contact live help, tell them that somebody is still having the "copy to inventory" issue mentioned in the blog and ask what to do. Make sure you say "the 'copy to inventory' problem mentioned in the blog yesterday" so they know you've done a little homework and the problem isn't on her end.
