Hi, I had read earlier about someone who rents out tier to groups, buying in bulk and renting tier at profit, but better than LL prices for smaller tier levels. If you are this person, post a reply so I can IM you in-world  |

She of the million-dollar profits is probably the best known person who buys such tier in bulk, but I'm pretty certain there are others. |

PI ownership doesn't require premium membership. And PI land doesn't count toward billable tier. I don't know about those practices of renting out tier, but PI ownership has nothing to do with it. |
