Concierge in-world channel and the telehub

Some time ago, me and my wife, have decided to buy an island and make plots for rental.

When we received the island the telehub was placed in a part of the island that become one of the rental plots.

Since then, we moved the object to a public area but the map is still showing the original placement.

For obvious reasons, the least I want is that people coming to see the island appear in the middle of a tenant's house.

So I have 2 questions for you all:

1) How do I "effectively" move the telehub?
2) Related in a way, how do I join the concierge channel? In the case I need LL help over the issue

there is an option in Estate Management to set a location for the telehub. I know for sure you can pick any parcel landing point in the sim, you may also be able to set something just for the telehub itself.

Also, the map dates a few days to update. So if someone TP's to your sim, do the land in the right spot?
