Differance in Account Balances??

Hi I'm not sure if this has been asked before and if so please excuse me for starting a new thread but I was wondering if anyone else noticed that the Account Page L's balance is different then the Transaction Page L's total?

Used to be maybe a few hundread L's but now it is around 8000 L's diference on mine. :/ And seems to keep growing daily in difference. So was just wondering if this is happening to E1 too or just me. Thanks

Yes, it has been taking several hours for the transaction history to report the same results. People have told me it's around 8 hours and from my personal experience, this seems about right. So, you certainly aren't the only one

Mine still has not caught up with yesterday. The Transaction history stopped logging yesterday some time. But the balance reflects that L$ have been received since then.

Now, wouldn't a forum where we could post questions direct to Lindens be an idea? Or even a blog that listed the issues of the moment.....

It's frustrating. I posted this problem as a response to a blog entry, but there is no way a resident can do any more than that. Now that Linden Answers is gone, there is no way to publicly post a question to the developers.

Now it shows no transactions for today at all yet my balance is different than it was last night. I'm sure I have had some and so makes me wonder if we really do get all the transactions we really had or do they loose them too never to be seen?

We have to trust LL does have them and eventually they do get to us. That is hard to do anymore because of all the problems and bugs that dont seem to get fixed. And then add on the non customer service... sigh. Trust is not a word very high on my list concerning LL:/ they say we should but they show otherwise.

I am very empathetic to LL and the employees because I'm sure running and delousing SL must be very difficult but to charge full steam ahead regardless of all the problems not fixed just doesnt make any sense to me.

Please LL can we work on the issues at hand and not add anymore NEW bells and whistles?
We need to regain some of the trust that has been lost the past 6 - 8 months. Thanks

Ya I'm getting this too. The problem has been around for a number of days now, starting by being behind an hour or two, as of right now (11:30 SLT) my last transaction posted was at 3:00 yesterday afternoon and my L$ balance is out over 10k. Its quite annoying, but at least I have my JEVN logs to look at if need be. I hope it get fixed soon, it is approaching a day behind.

Thank goodness for JEVN logs, without them I'd be screwed. Can't see what has happened in my transaction history since 2007-01-25 14:18:36. Hope they fix this soon, this is getting ridiculous!

ACK..... I sell copies from my main shop and I have no clue what happened for almost 24 hours now.

On a side note, I have several classified ads and have tried to cancel one of them..... no luck, 2 weeks now I have been charged for an ad that won't die!!!

I've been having issues with the classified ads saying "You can not post an ad with a blank name" when there is quite clearly a name for the classified ad.

Can we please get these issues dealt with soon? I'd like to know my transaction history for more than 24 hours in the past, how about even 1 hour in the past, update until then at least?

I've had the same issue regarding the transaction page. I got an IM earlier from someone who said they had bought a build a few minutes before and asked if they could they have one of the textures. I had been online when they claimed to have bought the build but didn't get the payment, so I am sure that we are missing some payments. I have also received lots of payments whilst I was online so it only seems to be isolated incidents.

Madison, the problem with the classifieds when editing your profile has been resolved with the last viewer update, v1.13.2(15), or that’s what the official blog claims. As for the transactions delays, I submitted a bug report a week ago, I think that the problem started after the update of 17 January.

Lol, if it's been resolved, I haven't seen this happen. Still gives me a "You must specify a non blank name" when i try to exit out of my profile, even if I haven't done anything to classifieds.

Hopefully the transaction history bizzo will get resolved soon. It's updated itself to 27 hours in the past so far lol.

"Resolved" to LL means "We dunno what's wrong and it works for us one time out of five, so it's working fine."

My transactions history is 48 hours behind....

Bitter? Me? Nawwww.....

I'm just glad to know I'm not the only one: I haven't had any updates in the transactions records since 01-25 either.
