Has anyone signed up for this yet and is this the reason people are seeing Second Life adverts around the interweb rather than Linden Lab advertising themselves?

This doesn't sound so awful...except that if *I* agree to advertise SL on *my* website, I want reciprocity. I want to be able to advertise *my* website on *their* website, and in their virtual world.

None of that "you can't link to websites that are not an LL property" bullshit.

I haven't signed up for it, and I must remember to remove the previous ads from one of my sites - the ones they stopped paying out on without telling anyone.

ETA: I have signed up and clicked the SL referal program and now have to wait for LL to approve my application to promote their sign up program. Wonder if I get approval?

I've signed up too and I agree with Lindal: I'd rather have SL advertise my site in return.
