Hello. I bought my first SIM land and want to divide it to sell it. Where can i find information on dividing the land, terraforming it and all that fun stuff? im in NO hurry to flip this land...and want to read on doing it myself. Any information would be appreciated! Thank you!

Contact the concierge, and they can provide you with a handbook for sim owners. It's a big .pdf file.

The Concierge is a service and staff person dedicated to helping private island owners and mainland property owners that on more than one region of land. And yes, they will send the handbook to anyone. I've never owned a sim, but was an estate manager for a while, and got one by asking.

I think the first thing is figuring out how you're going to collect tier from people and what type of sales/rent thing you're going to use.
