also until i can get back in SL which prolly be awhile..coud someone send a IM to floyd gilmour and tell him to tel green that i wont be on for a while till i get a new computer because SL just stopped working on this one so wont be able to teach for awhile..... also hey can anyone tell me wtfs wrong? i have a flawless extreamly super sonic speed internet with a 4k computer with all the works been playing SL since july and suddenly just a few days ago it stops at verifying protocol and its continued that for a week or more after 5 mins says i cant get into SL this is the first time its ever happened..

If you haven't done so elsewhere in the forums you might want to describe the problem with your computer is having running SL. It might be a solvable problem.

It's also possible that you could use a libsecondlife client to connect to the SL grid and chat inworld that way while getting the computer problem squared away.

Libsecondlife's url is libsecondlife.org. There's links to a forum there. Also if you do IRC you can connect to Efnet and get in the libsecondlife channel and ask where to get a compiled version of a currently functioning chat client.
