Anyone know of any places I mightbe able to find a Linden who can help with an urgent issue today? I've submitted a ticket, but I need help today...

Not offhand... but is it something that any of us can help with? Between us we're quite knowledgeable about most things, unless it's something like account based or griefing, which only a Linden can deal with.

As Broccoli said, unless it's related to money, or account specific stuff, ask here. More than likely someone will know the answer.
Support does work the weekends though. Not with a full crew by far, but they are there. Try Live Chat in Support after 7 SLT (prolly a bit later after that morning coffee at LL) and you might catch someone, or they might grab your Ticket before that.

Broccoli No, unfortunately not - it's a sim issue.... It seems that if an AV logs in at the sim, they get ruthed, and stay that way... The only way to fix it is to go over the border, log out, log back in again then come back over the border. Also, stored IM's don't get forwarded until an Av moves to another sim and searches seem borked - again, only on this one region... Gomez

sorry but no
LL no longer gives a rats ass about any sim issues unless you are a fortune 500 company
i have been trying for a month to get a linden to come to my sim and remove litter
i have started filling out AR's every day naming Philip Linden as the person i am accusing and then give a very detailed account of my attempts to get help
so far now i have AR'd Philip about 25-30 times
i know it really doesn't help but it makes me feel better
and it also took me about 3 weeks to get someone at LL to bother to come remover over 100 giant flexie penises from our sim,
so, unless you own a island i'm sorry they will get back to you some time after laborday

Gomez If it's your sim, there should be a link in support portal that allows you to restart the sim. If it not and none of those who can restart it are on... I might actually be tempted to say, "Crash the puppy!" Then it should restart and be 'fixed.'
