Well the title says it all really. I've just bought a new AO from the Poseshop and when used it makes my AV stand on tiptoes as it's default stand position when not moving. I only bought it 15 mins before the downtime so didn't have time to look for a fix or contact the creator. So is there a fix for this that I can do when back in-world?

I'm guessing that is what the designer intended. I think know which AO you have and it is the only one I don't like in the set.

Replace the "tippy toe" pose inside the AO with another pose you prefer (and update any notecards the AO uses with the change).

I had a free AO some time back that did the same thing. It used some common model poses which all involve standing on tip toe (in a static position).
I replaced it when I got my Huddles HUD with some much lifelike (and animated) standing poses.
Hopefully the type of AO you have allows you to replace the standing poses with something a bit more to your liking.
