Sim Connection Issue?

I didn't know where to post this problem I am having in sim ENZO (250, 19).

I cant see the other sim Bonzo (247, 249) or Barkely, in which the road in Enzo goes through. But if I go to the other size, I can see Enzo without my building. Then it disappears.

Its been this way for two days, so I am not thinking its my computer anymore.

I thought about a support ticket but its not necessarily support for my account, but rather for SL.

That's a known problem (used to come up on Live Help a few times per week) when the sim(s) get partially disconnected (you can have it from both ends as well).

A restart fixes it so do put in a support ticket .
