Bit confused about Land Tiers?

Hi,
I'm still a bit confused about land tiers. I currently own a 2048m2 plot, but am running out of prims again... So my question is:

On the US$15 (1/32) tier you can own 2,048m2, but does that not include the 512m2 that comes with your premium account, making it a total of 2560m2, or is it really only 2,048m2, (1,536m2 plus your premium account 512m2)?

If I tier up to the US$25 (1/16) tier, can I hold a total of 4,096m2 or 4,096m2 plus 512?

Thanks for clearing this up for me!

The 512 is in addition to the tierlevel.
Also you might wanna group your land, this gives you 10% extra.
A tier level of 2048 grouped land would give you 2048+512+256=2616.

My paid tier is 4096, my available to own tier is 4608, so apparently the paid tier is over and above the premium account 512.

Here are a few land info links:

This link is for land fees:

Thanks Honey, (I've always wanted to say that!), and Jade.

So it looks like I'm in the market for another 512m at least... ;-)

Also it may be handy to take a look at your account-page. There is a "Available for purchase"-line. That is the amount of land you can buy without going to a higher tier.

I've always thought that the Land Pricing & Use Fees page should have another column for "total m2 (including 512m2 premium bonus)" or some such...
