i am looking at a plot of coastal land that looks out to sea, the entire next sim ocean, it says the land is owned by governor linden and its group description is "maintenance" does this mean it is protected? if not could it be built on?

If the word 'protected' does not appear in the land name or land description then do not assume it is protected.
I believe Land which is owned by governor Linen and marked maintenance could be sold at auction.
