I currently own 512sq m land on a mainland sim.
I am wanting to know if I bought another plot on a mainland sim, though not the sim my current plot is in, would I be able to increase the prim count on my existing plot?
Otherwise would I have two plots say one with 117 and another with 117.
Basically I want to know if I buy another peice of land in a different mainland sim, would it increase the prim count on my existing plot.
Thanks for your help and excuse my noobishness.

You might be able to talk another land owner into swapping parcels with you. If you're lucky, you might end up with two 512s right next to each other..

You're welcome.
Not sure how that would work, tho. You should be careful that you understand the process and not leave yourself open to getting ripped off. Maybe, if both sides have enough money, you would both set your land to sell only to the other person and at a high price. Dunno. I'm sure somebody around here knows how to safely swap land, tho..

i have swapped plots with 2 of my neighbors.
they have been neighbors for a while and we have been on very friendly terms. so we just set our land for sale to each other for L$1. lots of trust here. and not unfounded.
however, it might be prudent to use a much higher figure (say, 20,000 or more) if you really don't know the other swapper.
just my 2 lindens.
