Textures - Anyone else had this problem?

I recently purchased a set of wallpaper textures to use in my home. There was a choice of purchasing the personal set (copy/mod/no trans - for around L$250) or the professional set (full perms - for around L$1250).

Considering the textures were only going to be used in my home, and nothing I plan to make for sale, I purchased the personal set

Upon getting home, I saw the textures in my inventory. Ok great! Time to change the wallpaper.

Edit > Select Textures > .....the folder isn't there

I checked the wall. It was set to my group (guess I had that tag on when I built the house), so I changed that to None.

Try again. Nothing.

Relog. Nothing.

Copy the texture and put it in a different folder. Nothing

**********THE SOLUTION **********

Went back to the store and there's a floating box where I hadn't been looking, so here's the fix:

Go into Edit > Textures and unclick "Apply Immediately", then click Cancel

The next time you use Edit > Select Textures radio button they're there, but there's an annoying little shout that it can't be used. A treat to my neighbors, I'm sure LOL

If you want to use the textures, put them in the inventory of the prim first. I think that should work (I was wondering why i was hearing those shouts every so often).

This texture missing from the texture picker, but being in my texture file has happened to me too.. and with a texture I have full perms on..
dunno what that was all about. Fortunately has only happened once.
