passing through windows...why?

ugh..I thought I saw a post that answered this but I cant find it. I have windows..transparent with tint. And I for some reason I can pass into them....but not out.

I DONT want to pass in or out. Is this a bug?

They may be set to phantom. Select the window in edit. Go to object tab and unclick phantom.

It's a trap catching newbies!!!!!

Seriously, if you get a bit of speed build up, you can beat the physics engine with most very thin walls. You get a bigger run up outside than inside!

nich are you using a texture?
i once experienced something similar and it was due to the fact that 90 transperency on the prim plus the textures transperent (32bit tga alpha) background (it was a logo) allowed me to walk (or 'touch') through the prim (window) anywhere the logo wasnt located.
i know it is illogical, but it is nevertheless what was happening.

no phantom set. its just a transperant prim . oh well
