I just wanted to publicly apologize to D&D for getting all panicky about losing my dog. They have replaced it for me.  I really need to learn patience!

Yay!  I am so glad you got your dog back. Kudos to D&D for helping a customer though a tough spot!

i have a dog from D&D. his "guarding function" stopped working a while ago after an especially painful sl update.
i IMed D&D and they replaced him with a new one.
great customer service!
