Question about transaction history

I have a vendor who is going to pay me on comission for sales he makes and he asked me how he could tell what sales he had made and from where so that he could calculate my percentage. My first thought was to send him to his account page and look at transaction history, but he is a "no payment on file" user, and I just wonder if this information is available to him (before I send him to a page he might possibly not be able to access)?

If not, is there another means for him to get his trasaction history?

All accounts, irregardless of whether they're a No Payment Info on File, Payment Info on File, or Payment Info Used account, have access to their own transaction history.
