Although quick to complain when things go wrong, I wanted to say thank you to the above team for the recent SIM roll-back to cure a severe inventory problem... all the SIm residents agreed and Concierge Team did the roll-back pretty quickly.... so a bouquet of roses to them.... Now if only billing could be sorted !!!!!!!
