you must have been undercharged for something a while ago, I think they check all transactions and then "adjust" them if they find missing credit/debits (which will usually be down to buying/selling stuff and simultaneously getting hit by a lag spike or poor performance I expect)
I've had a credit before I think, was missing 100L, it came back as an adjustment the next day.

You probably uploaded an image and the payment transaction didn't succeed at the time. So much for "Bank error in your favor: Collect L$200"
