So I picked up my boxes to move them to another location and they vanished, they are no where to be found in my inventory or elsewhere... I tried clearing cache, relogging, waiting a day etc.
Question... How would I go about adding back my existing products, would I just need to rez a new box and make sure I put all the correct products in there? Help!

You might have better luck getting an answer to this question if you posted it in the Forums at www.slexchange.com. There's a much higher concentration of people "in the know" over there. Also try emailing Apotheosis Silverman (not sure of the spelling there) as he'd know more about the workings of SLExchange than anyone else. Kam

From what I was told, you can even make copies of the boxes and put them in another sim as a back up so if the site doesn't find it in one sim, it will send from the other. Or at least this is what Tigress Stormwind suggested to me after my kept failling to send. I am tempted, because Disl needs a restart so often that I'm tempted to ask a Linden to just macro the command.

From: Sensual Casanova hmm thats a great idea, I had thought about it but thought it may interfere with one or the other.. I would have thought so too. But it is very tempting for me to try, because I'm on a mainland sim.

I'm sure I read somewhere, they even suggest having copies of your magic box kept in different sims, so if one sim is having problems, the goods can still be sold / shipped from the box in another sim. I keep one box on my home sim and a second back-up magic box in another location, just in case.
