ok on.. March 14th I sent an email to concierge as well as speaking to them on the phone about moving an island and renaming it... Take note, the island is only being moved, renamed, and cloned by hand because they refused to swap servers... a 2 minute job on thier part... Anyways.. it is now March 23rd and my island still is not moved nor renamed and today is my irl birthday and we had plans with this island... I am not a happy camper... I am paying the tier for identical islands for over a week because LL hasn't made the move yet.. THANKS ALOT LINDEN LAB! I have never been so damn frustrated! Has anyone else had any problems? Any idea why this is taking so long? What do I do? I dunno about you guys, but I don't like throwing money away, especially due to the negligence of another...  |

I think LL customer service has been sliding downhill lately.
SO has anything to do with any Linden labor task (such as process credit speeds)
Maybe they are simply extremely understaffed for how big SL's become?
Happy birthday Sensual.. hehe I still wear the boots i bought from you 2 years ago! Look good as new.
And as to your island troubles. Its very disapointing that stuff happens to people.
