New personalities to create new groups?

I belong to create several new groups, but I know I am going to hit the 25 group limit. So I want to create a pair of extra personalities, with the one-off $9.95 payment, and have them both subscribe to the new groups I am forming. That way they would not be deleted.

Is this OK under Lindens' terms and conditions, i.e. would two extra personalites created by me be treated as two people in SL?

That is perfectly acceptable. You may have as many alts as you are willing to pay for.
