JUST got off the phone with the first helpful rep. I've come across. Apparently, when dealing with Paypal, LL requires that a cc also be on file, not just a bank acct. So, not using credit cards, looks like I"m selling my land and downgrading my account. If they don't want the cash I can offer, then they won't get it.

I understand that as meaning PayPal also have your credit card on file and you are verified, not that you need to pay via credit.

I do have a verified account, with funds in it. This is in addition to that, a credit card has to be on file. (This is according to the rep.) And yes, Denise, that is correct. You can still pay via paypal, but they still want the cc on file. But that doesn't work so well for those of us who use paypal because we don't have credit cards. (yes I"m over 18, I just hate credit cards)
