Has anyone else been having blue or red 'poofs' of colour around anything that moves? I've looked into my video drivers being updated and its all fine..I've since heard other people with this same problem but no answers. Anyone have a suggestion, thanks!

It's a debug option called Show Updates.
Press ctrl-alt-shift-U to turn it back off. _____________________

Does Ctrl/Alt/T switch them off? If not, toggle it back again. Sorry for short post, going offline now
