Hi everyone, I'm relatively new to Second Life so please accept my apologies if this answer is listed elsewhere/is common knowledge. I have really enjoyed my stay so far and was thinking of buying myself my own Mainland Sim (not an island) in a few weeks. I've been following the auctions recently and what I'm wondering is, if I own an entire Sim, does that mean I would have to sell all my existing properties beforehand so as to not be over the 66048m Tier limit? It's no problem if that is the case, I will do that, however I was wondering if once you go over 66048m if it started tier fees all over again (eg. 2x 66048m would cost 2x $195?). Thanks for taking the time to read and respond

I'm not sure about the fees, but you could always create an alternate character to own the new land.

Thank you very much for the advice, I may do that if I can't get a definitive answer. Certainly alot easier than selling my existing properties.

Next tier level is $292.50 for 98304sqm. You will automatically be upgraded if you buy the extra land and there's no surprise fees or anything weird that happens.

Thank you very much! I'm glad to know I wouldn't need to buy 2 whole 66k tiers
