Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to pay either premium account or tier fees or both in advance?

You can add to your US$ balance... the minimum transaction is US$25 to do so (or if you're in a position to sell L$ that will add to your US$ balance). Any fees or tier will be applied to an existing US$ balance first.

If you place money into you account, it will automatically debt from that balance first. You can also pay for a year of premium at a time. Tier will have to be a monthly expense.

Speaking of Lindens and selling it towards your tier fee. I am bit confused in how to do this. It come in handy during next windfall how does one go about cashing out to use the cash towards one's account i.e not cashing out having the money to sent you?

Go to Linden Dollar Exchange in your account on the SL website and hit the SELL LINDENS button. Its as simple as that.

I'm reasonably sure you can just sell your Lindens on the Lindex, and the cash is automatically credited to the cash balance on your SL account. Just sell the lindens , and dont take them out or request to have them sent. They will sit in US$ in your account on the system for you or them to draw from as your fees come due.

I suspect the answer to this question is the obvious one, but just so I'm understanding correctly:
If I have some money in my account in the US$ balance (but not enough to cover tier/premium amount), then when my tier and / or premium account payment is due, they will take the US$ balance first, then bill my credit card for the remainder? Like, if your premium amount and tier come to US$50 and you have US$40 in your account balance, they'll take the $40 and charge the credit card for $10?
