For some reason I'm getting "Insufficient Permissions to view scripts" messages seemingly at random... and yes, they are mod.

Some are mod but no trans, some are full perm, it doesnt seem to make much difference and it seems to be totally random as to what scripts it affects.

Anyone else getting this?

I don't do much with scripts, so no, but I just got a notecard from someone with another note embedded in it. When I clicked the link for the embedded note, it told me that I wasn't allowed to view it. Thinking it was a perms problem, I contacted the person who created both notes and it gave her the same message...she's not allowed to view her own note.

Asset server woes...again

Yep, seen this all before..usually when the asset servers are having problems. When the asset servers hiccup all kinds of weird things happen like items that fail to rez, permissions problems, un-editable notecards and inventory items missing or invisible too. I personally haven't been hit yet, other than inventory items being a little slow to wear/attach.

I think there was a post on the LL blog about them working on it. Hopefully it will be fixed shortly.

I made 5 media player screen combination units in my shop, after modding them, final thing was to slide them into place.... Eh?.. can't do it.. and why are they all suddenly nameless with no descriptions, no creator or owner?

Ok delete and make more.... Eh, they won't delete? ahhh good, 20 minutes later they are gone.... phew... Eh? what's this I can't move, hemed in by invisible walls that don't show even with Highlight transparency or show objects on my land?

Ok.. all set now.. yet more screens.. maybe if I 'Take' them into my inventory for safety until tomorrow.... hmm.. 'take' worked, but they are still there and I can't edit them... opps.. no, they have gone at last (another 15-20 minutes).. Eh? they are no where to be found in my inventory.. clear cache, cold reboot and log back in.. still nothing.... 2 days later.. reports of lots of 'items' in the corner of the sim, even the sim owner can't do anything with them...

Same here. Starting to become really irritating because certain sims want you to read the rules, but if the rules are imbedded in the notcard, it gives the "insufficient permission" junk. Hope they get it fixed soon.
