I have submitted 3 tickets asking for my slx terminal to be moved, 1st was on 14th Jan, 2nd on 16th Jan and 3rd on 19th Jan, ALL have been totally ignored and still saying they are new tickets. Why is it taking so long for someone to actually open them and read them, its now been 2 weeks since the 1st one was submitted and im starting to get very annoyed, they are very quick to take money etc off you but when you ask for something in return all of a sudden you dont exist... WHY ????? If anyone knows why or how to get there attention please tell me

If anyone knows why or how to get there attention please tell me  there are 3 ques, basic accounts, premium accounts and congierce accounts (paying more then 125 usd per month tier), the more you pay the better service you get. to get the fastest responce time you need to be congierce level and use the livechat or phone suport, this will be mostly near instant. btw you don't need to be premium to be congierce because you can get a private sim without being premium

Even what most people would call emergencies they take a week with.

If anyone knows why or how to get there attention please tell me  Its very frustrating, and partly down to the fact LL just don't have enough staff, so what Abigail says above is absolutely right, the more you pay, the better service you get. Talk about a class system! Also, it depends who is in the office as to what gets dealt with, as some Linden people seem better trained or prefer to deal with certain tickets than others. Its bad.
