En Nomine has drow skins.

BUT.

My favorite Drow skins in Second Life are Eeron Kilian's. Search for him, and check his picks. They aren't everyone's cup of tea, mind, as they are very... Well, interesting. But I love them. He has some pretty amazing tats on his skins, and they are fairly reasonably priced.

If you can't find it, drop me an IM in-world and I'll toss you the landmark!

Also, try Sin Skins. Very nice skins for normal avies, Drow, Demons etc.

Does Sin Skins happen to have maybe a blackish demon skin?? I'm trying to find a decent one, maybe a black skin with red, gold, or white tats on it, that isn't just jet black, but has details on it too, for an avatar I am making.

When it comes to Drow skins best is definatly in the eye of the wearer. There are a lot of variations of the them in SL and as such best to search through all the skin vendors until you find one with the colour/decoration that you feel best suits you. All the above are good starting point.
