Land question

I read through the FAQ at the top about land but I found somewhere that said there is no land available to premium account users, everytime I look for land to buy its always with some monthly fee attached to it.

Is there anywhere I can just get a simple 512 block of land at a set price without having to keep paying for it? Just a little frustrating for me at the moment is all..

You need to look only on mainland (the three large continants) and for 512 plots. You are probably looking at estates where you wont get your 512 tier benefit.

There's a drop down menu to search for land, it defaults to all land but you can select mainland or estate, you want mainland to benefit from your premium membership 512M tier.
