You could try going to the SLBB on Business Bureau Isle (136.88.36) and seeing if they can help you. They aren't an official body, but they will mediate.
How did you get scammed?

Until you have sought a 'settlement' be aware that you cannot give details, or name names of any party involved 'publically' otherwise you will find yourself breaking TOS.
As advised above, the SLBB is one of the only existing recourses you have at the moment. Check to see if the person you had misdealings with is a registered member. When entering into a mediator agreement, win or loose, you must abide by the outcome.
