Do support tickets even work anymore? When they first started they work relatively quickly. I submitted one on 13 July and it was picked up in 16 July but nothing is being done, it just says work in progress. A completely different one was submitted on 28 July and is still says new, so they haven't even assigned it yet.

It may depend on the content of the support ticket itself. Recently I had an issue (twice, same issue) and they were answered, and resolved, in under 12 hours. Considering how many they must get on a daily basis, I was astounded (in the good sense, for a change).
Good luck! |

Wow I guess I have been lucky every support ticket I have filed since I started, there have be several, has been responded to by a human within 24 hrs. These range anywhere from unable to login errors, possible accounts that I made and forgot about, glitches, etc.

I recently had a problem and was advised to put a ticket in by Concierge Support, I got a reponse within 24 hours and through each stage of the process I didn't have to wait more than 48 hours, the entire problem was resolved within a week. It may have been as a result of being referred by Concierge Support, but I suspect it's more likely the specific problem has a bearing on the reponse time. It may also be down to the operator who is assigned your particular problem/query..I got Belinda and she was the 'business' (as we say in the UK).

I'm even luckier. I've not had to put in any!

I put in one for clarification on the use of Sploders....the Ticket was deleted. Not closed. Not answered. Just deleted.
Thanks LL. It lets me know you care. ~Jessy _____________________

Dude, you are a true and good friend, and I love you like the brother that my mom claims she never had, but you are in fact acting like a flaming douche on white toast with a side order of dickknob salsa..maybe you should reconsider this course of action and we go find something else to do. |

Wow I guess I have been lucky every support ticket I have filed since I started, there have be several, has been responded to by a human within 24 hrs. I wouldn't call my responses from actual humans, if so they really need to learn to read. My only tickets thus far: Q: Are you going to extend the classifieds out because search has been down for 4 days, as has been done in the past? A: Unfortunately we don't give a refund for classifieds, sorry. Please review the Terms of Service of Second Life. Blog the next day: Classified Advertisement Extension Q: For almost a year I have requested Lindex tier change to business level 2 a number of times and still haven't heard back. A: After reviewing your usage your limit has been set at Resident 2. After reviewing my Lindex usage they thought the best course of action was to up my limits to buy only when I've never bought L$? Why would I buy $10,000 USD worth of L$ when I can't even sell off what I already have? They call that a solution? I'm glad I have concierge support, its oh so worth it. _____________________

I've found support has been helpful and replied. My problems have been over billing because my card company always questions any payment to LL even after I've said not to as they are OK.

I`ve found it helpful for very SIMPLE inquiries, anything that involves lifting a hand to help goes unanswered.

tickets seem ht and miss... Frommy experience I either get a reply withiin 24 hours, or he ticket just stays open for weeks then gets closed.
Now on the odd occasion I do get a reply, it's generally not an answer to the full question I have submitted (almost though they only read the first line of the ticket), they then close the ticket as "answer provided". Whn you reopen the ticket asking for a full answer, it generally does not get attended to. I've had far better results by submitting a ticket then immediatly using live chat or concierge telephone and quoting the ticket number (I do the ticket thing firts as they nearly always ask you to anyway)...
