I'm posting this here for advice as I don't know if I have a problem or not - before I contact LL. I upped my payment plan to annual and the payment went through as normal in my account history. But in the summary it shows as -$80 in RED, as though the money is still owed. Today I tried to buy some land but I was not allowed to convert any US$ into Lindens. There isn't a credit card problem, as far as I know - certainly there shouldn't be. Have I come up against something normal, but unfamiliar to me, or is there something wrong? Anyone know?

Okay, if the CC is blocked for any reason, they will put the account in the red. First thing to do is call the credit card company. Find out if a payment to Linden Labs was ever done and if it was, if it was blocked and why. CC companies are now considering Linden Labs a potential fraud risk, thanks in part to the hacking of last year, and are blocking the requests for payment on those grounds.
You'll need to confirm the payment to allow LL to collect. In some cases, you'll need to do this every time there is a transaction, dependent on the CC company.
*sighs* I'm dreading it when I have to use my CC for my premium payment.
