buying/selling land

Even though I'm a relative oldtimer on here, I owned my land since when I started and hadn't moved until today.

I bought the new land and my account reflected that. Then put my old land up for sale and it sold in about 2 minutes. However my account still shows that i own sqm for both so would pay a higher tier.

How do i get the sold land removed?

Many thanks

Tier billing is based on your peak ownership in a month - if you buy new land before selling old, you're going to (potentially) get billed the higher amount.

I'm not 100% sure which figure you're looking at, but the "Peak square meter usage: x square meters" figure on the main Your Account page will show what amount of usage you're going to get billed for at the end of your billing month.

You pay tier for the maximum amount of land you owned in a month. So, since you bought the new property before you sold the old property, you will pay the tier rate for owning both of them.

Remember to check you have tiered down.
If you havnt, you may have to manually do it.
