Hi all. I'm sorry if this was posted but something odd has been happening to my avatar lately. To put it bluntly...she now goes cross eyed. This happened after the last update and is rather...annoying. rofl
I tried downloading the optional viewer but kept getting an error....
Can someone tell me why this is happening?

I have version 1.17.0.12 and my avi's eyes are still cross and whatever you would call it when one eye is looking up and the other is looking down. Any suggestions?

The current viewer still has the cross-eyed bug. The updated viewer being released tomorrow will fix it. Until then, just take a bunch of funny pictures.

Rowana Rolland This is a feature, not a bug. It's LL's subtle way of reminding us, its esteemed customers, that too much playing video games and looking at computer screens, will make your eyes go funny.

Ditto - unfortunately (or fortunately heh), it's not fixed in the new viewer. It's not as bad though. So progress

i misunderstood the blog then. i thot it said 1.17 would NOT fix the crossed eyes.
mine only cross during "edit appearance" or if i use one of those cool "magic dresser mirrors".

I'm glad to know the problem is SL and not the inexpensive eyes I bought a few days ago! I had never noticed it until then.

Try Nicholaz' viewer: http://nicholaz-beresford.blogspot.com/2007/06/release-day-nicholaz-edition-17a.htmlGo to Downloads and get: nicholaz-17e.zip Read the Installation Instructions (which nobody ever does until they get the missing .dll error) It will work until after the update tomorrow, at least.
