Well they've signed an agreement but it's far from a done deal. For a start it's voluntary. Secondly plenty of people who have no problems verifying their age have a big problem with this system, including me.

I simply refuse to provide such details to a company whom I have no idea what they're going to do with them. A company whom I have no idea what's in it for them and a company whom I have no idea whether they comply with data protection laws in my land.
