I've never seen one, but maybe you can try a good skinmaker and ask him/her if he/she can make one for you. Worth a try I guess.

The smallest a shape can go without extreme measures such as the invisprims is around 4' 10" or so.

Check out Abranimations. They have some tiny avatars and IM-ing the creator might glean some info on how to get a small avatar. I think they even have a fairy!

If you want to jes use the SL mesh an no invisiprims (which is purty common with the tinies), then no. 3' 10" is it. Mari (Who would prob'ly be a foot or so shorter if it *were* possible)

yes 3'10 ish is the limit for the "normal" avatar shape.
However if you want it to look like an adult woman like most faries are your going to need to go a few inches taller.
If you want it to have Normal adult proportions but be very short , then it will have to be a few inches taller still.
The tinies basically HIDE part of your avatar to create the effect. They dont move like normal avatars, cant wear normal avatar clothing, etc.
So really you have two options:
- Go with the tiny route , but be limited on what you can wear and move. Which might work for you. -Make a "normal" Avatar around 4 feet tall. This would be the more versitile of the two.
Perhaps both might work also: a very small "tiny" fairie av some uses, then a 4 foot one for those its not good enough for.
Magic and all that.

I have one Human avatar shape that is very small, but probably is at that 3'10" mark. I know I was initially startled to see just how short she was, compared to my normal 5'7" height. I'll double-check when I go in-world at lunch break, and see just how small she is.

Hi Colette, I'm interested in making a sperm avatar. No, it's not what you think . I'm interested in creating a model of the human testis that my students can fly/swim around in to see how sperm are produced. We're trying to make a ReallyBigTestis and we thought it might be useful if the students could put on a teenytiny sperm avatar as they move throughout the sim. Any thoughts on the feasibility of something like this? Thanks, Doug DrDoug Pennell

The male body is a bit taller then the female body in SL. The male can only be as short as 4.10 i think. The female can go to 9.8 if I'm not mistaken. However, at those sizes they look more chibi then small. I think you just need to minimize the sizes of the neck, torso length, leg length, hip length, and feet size. Then correct anything else on the body to make it look NORMAL.

If you have an NVidia graphics card, and you just the right version of ForceWare, then you can create smaller avatars than is normally possible because the graphics driver gets the object parameters wrong. This might be a bit drastic though Other than that I think you are stuck using tinies techniques, although I've yet to see a human Tiny becuse they're rather difficult to do..

I did check, and yup, my smallest Human avatar measures exactly 3'10" tall, on a freebie Avatar Ruler.
