Buying an account upgrade for someone else?

Hi~!

Is it possible to buy an upgrade to a premium account, for someone else's account, as a gift? I'd like to upgrade somebody else's account as a Valentine gift, but can't find anything about it on the site.

As far as I know, the Gift card system that allowed you to pay for another member's upgrade to Premium has been discontinued. :( Which sucks cuz my wifey only let me pay for three months of premium for her and it's about to expire.
