Everytime I call Linden Lab billing, they tell me the "average hold time is seven to eight minutes." Is it ever anything besides seven to eight minutes?

depends.....
When I called them about a billing issue on Friday, the official message was 7-8 minutes.
The actual hold time ranged from 1 minute to 15 minutes before I was rolled over to their answering machine.
The Total hold time before I was able to speak with a human was approx 1 hour.
so it depends on if you are asking about Total hold time, actual hold time per call, or the official hold time.

The average hold time message is run by the same machine that calculates dwell. Good luck figuring it out.

I've never had any success in calling LL before. They usually have me send in a support ticket because there was nobody to take my call. I started just hanging up around that time because when i do file one, it never gets a reply. just like their email support.
