I was wandering around a store area, and went to buy something, and SL asked me to purchase more Lindens, saying I don't have enough for the L$ 1.00 box I was nabbing. Now, I know I have close to L$ 1,000 so, this shouldn't be happening.
Does anyone know why this happens, and how to fix it?

Are you showing a L$0 balance? Or you're not showing a balance at all (no number)? In the latter case, a relog into a quiet sim can help, or it may take a few relogs. In the first case, look at the balance on the site ( http://secondlife.com/account), the viewer and the site don't always match and the site seems to be more authorative when it comes to your L$ balance. If the site reports a L$0 balance as well, check your Transaction History ( https://secure-web12.secondlife.com/account/transactions.php - you may have to go back a few days) to see where your money went. If it was gift'ed (in the type column) away that means you - or someone else - gave the money to someone else. If it says Object Pay (not entirely sure of the exact term) it means you have a scripted object with debit permissions that's been handing out your money. Hopefully it's just something a relog will fix .
