For some reason when I try to log in it gets stuck at connecting to region. I tried the start a certain location I tried 4 places but they didn't work can anyone help me?

How do you do that? If you have an external modem, turn that off (and router if you have one), and turn your PC off. Wait about 30s, then turn the modem (and router) back on. Once they have settled (you may have a 'ready' light or something similar that indicates you have a connection), turn the PC back on. It's always worth trying that first. The other common problem is the configuration of the firewall. Are you getting any error message? Or does the client just freeze? If it's the latter, have you tried uninstall then reinstall? |
