I am wise enough not to attach it, but does anyone know more about this?

Sounds fishy. Don't attach it and don't rez it. Certainly don't give it permission to take money from you (a script has to ask for this, so you are safe unless you answer 'yes'). Why not check the creator and ask them what it is? I am betting you won't get a response. Best bet: delete it and forget about it.
