Custom Eyes broken since update

Hi,

Ive got a set of custom green eyes by Dragonfly Designs that were bright green before the latest update, but now they appear with black irises.

Anyone else seeing this problem or got any ideas?

This happens to me every now and then.
I swap my eyes with another set, and then back -- this usually fixes it.
