USD from Paypal to SL?

Okay I Just woke up so bare with me. I've been saving up to buy an island. I've been told if you use USD sitting in your SL account then the island setup is a lot faster. I'd like to go this route if possible.

My question is, is there a way to put USD into your SL account from Paypal? I know it works the other way (Sell your $L's on Lindex, then Transfer the USD to Paypal).

I'm not seeing a clear option for it if one is there, but this is SL we're talking about here...
