I have created one prim as copy of cilinder. So I had a two cilinders. Copy of cilinder I am not take in my inventory. I am not its owner. What can I do that I would take the prim in my inventory.

Was the original someone else's prim?

If so, when you use Shift + drag to copy a prim the copy is actually the prim left behind. The one you drag is the original. If owned by another you won't be able to take it (unless you had modify rights and I'm assuming you don't)
Try taking the prim from the original position. You should note that that prim will have next owner permissions so unless the original prim was marked as full permissions your ability to manipulate it may be limited.
