I am posting this in case there are any others out there who are new like me and didn't realize that people have great signatures (many with links to their buisnesses) and pictures of their avatars by their name in their posts. I didn't know they were there because the default is not to show them. Other forums I use are defaulted to start with displays on and it didn't even occur to me that there were goodies there to be enabled.
For anyone else who didn't know, you can go to the user CP and find the settings to display signatures and such.
All this time I didn't know what I was missing!! (Am I the noobiest noob ever or what?!)

No, I didn't find out for a while. I made the assumption at the start that it was disabled on this forum. It was only reading some comments that made me realise they were seeing something I wasn't lol

Thanks for pointing this out. I've been wondering why the timestamps on all the messages were always messed up too. The default wasn't SL time.

I suspect it was turned off by default to lessen the load on the forum servers (which can get really bad during updates).
