Can someone tell me how to post an add in the classified section of the website? I can't seem to find the place where I can do this.

If you mean post a classified ad in world, open up your profile, click on the classifieds tab and do it there.

No, I have done that. I am talking about a classified on the secondlife.com website, which we are on right now.
The ad I posted on my profile does not show here. Is it supposed to?

No, it doesn't. On occasion LL may post randomly selected ads, that is why you have a check box to give them permission. Other than that, it is inworld only.

So, all of the ads on the website (and there are tons) are randomly selected to be there by LL? Under the community heading, sub heading classifieds I mean.

As far as I know, the classified ad is published on the website in the Community > Classifieds section, if you select the "Publish on the web" option when making (or updating) the classified ad in-world. There doesn't seem to be a random selection, I've always seen my classified ads there whenever I selected the option.

Is this a section of the website I don't know about? When I go to Classfieds, I see them in descending order of price. The most expensive ads get on the first page of classifieds.
