LL didn't deduct my tier payment

LL didn't decuct my tier payment yesterday 8/3. It was due on then. The payment is $25 and I have more that in USD credit on my account. I submited a support ticket this morning. Anyone else had this problem? Ideas?

Yeah, mine was due on the 3rd as well, but there's no charge and the USD credit I put on my account hasn't changed. I'm sure they'll get around to it at some point.

It's not unusual for it to take a few days longer.
If you can at all avoid it, I'd try and hold off on any tier increase until they actually bill you as well.

Ive never had it take over a day. My tier did increase last week, before it was due. I won't be increasing it any more though.
