Hi all,
when you have a paypal account with almost zero balance but backed by a credit card. Will this be a problem or will the credit card automatically charged for the rest of the monthly tier fee?

I'm given to understand that they've had some problems with PayPal recently, so you might want to keep an eye on your payments.

If your PayPal account is verified and the credit card is set up as the primary payment method on your billing agreement, I *think* that will work. I'm not positive, though, since I had mine set to pull from my bank account (I switched to a different payment method with the recent PayPal problems). Be aware that your SL account might show a negative balance for a couple days after you're billed, though...there seems to be a fairly frequent delay in getting the actual payment processed, which is why I usually try to have a sufficient USD balance on my account when tier is due.
